This stick is great for all Caixa playing.  It’s a bit shorter than common drumset and snare drum sticks, making it well suited for playing a 12″ Caixa and any Caixa played with a strap. The small barrel tip has a good weight for Caixa playing and also sounds great on tamborim.

Macaranduba is heavier and more durable than marfim or hickory.
