General info for US orders
All items listed on on the site are located in the Virada Drums store in Boulder, Colorado. Items from Brazil are carefully packed, imported to the US, cleared through customs, and inspected and stored on site.
Orders from Virada Drums will usually be packed and shipped within three business days. Customers will receive an email with tracking numbers after packing. it sometimes takes 1-2 business days for these tracking numbers to appear in UPS and USPS tracking systems. Delivery time for US addresses depends on your location, but is usually 2-7 business days after shipping.
When placing an order, select the cheapest shipping option. All orders will be shipped with the carrier with the lowest rates. If you require a particular carrier, please send a message along with your order specifically requesting your carrier of choice.
Items ship with USPS or UPS. USPS offers good rates on small items. All other items ship more affordably with UPS Ground. Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensional weight (volume), and shipping distance. Viradadrums.com is configured to calculate shipping rates based on orders of a single product. If you order two or more drums (i.e. a caixa and a pandeiro), it is possible that multiple items can be shipped in a single box to reduce shipping costs. If your order ships for less than you are charged at checkout, you will be refunded the difference. International Shipping
Virada Drums regularly send instruments to Canada, Australia, Europe (EU and UK), and can accommodate shipping to other destinations. Import duties may be due in your country and may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs office. Local Pickup
Virada Drums is located in Boulder, CO. Arrangements for local pickup in Boulder or other locations can be made by contacting us.
Shopping in person
Virada Drums does not have regular business hours or a public storefront. It may be possible to visit the warehouse in Boulder to try out select instruments and make purchases. Contact to inquire and set up an appointment.

Returns
Getting the best drums products for your needs is a priority for Virada Drums. If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). Items must be in new condition. Some items (including ear protection) may not be eligible for returns. Contact us to request a return shipping label.
