Actual diameter is about 2 inches larger than the size listed, to accommodate tuning hardware and legs.

Actual height is about 1-1.5 inches taller than the size listed.

Contemporanea surds with 43cm shells fit snugly into the 40cm deep bags, or into the 45cm deep bags with a little extra room.
