This is small size drum that is great for players with smaller hands or players who want a very maneuverable pandeiro. Good sound for playing samba, choro, MPB, and other rhythms from Brazil. The skin head can be tuned high or low. Brass platinelas have a warmer sound with a lower pitch. Travels well!
